About Dustin Mcleod (Boudreau)
Hi! I’m Dustin (DC) Boudreau, the founder of Pulse and Flow — a place where life-saving skills and body-care come together to strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
For over a decade I’ve worked with people of all ages to improve health, movement, resilience, and confidence. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2010, helping clients manage pain, mobility restrictions, stress, and chronic conditions with hands-on therapeutic care. My approach focuses on meaningful, lasting improvement — because life is better when your body feels good.
My dedication to quality care and impact has been recognized locally with two “Best of Halifax” Platinum Massage Therapy awards, top finishes in Best Personal Trainer categories, and the Best New Business award from the Spryfield Business Commission in 2021 — honors that reflect genuine community support and trust.
16 Year Registered Massage Therapist (Clinical Manual Therapy)
With 16 years of experience as a clinical massage therapist, I combine advanced hands-on techniques with a deep understanding of anatomy to help clients recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and improve mobility. My practice emphasizes personalized treatment plans, clear communication, and ongoing professional development to ensure safe, effective care for every client. I’m passionate about empowering people to move more comfortably and live with less pain — and I bring that same commitment to the First Aid & CPR courses I teach through McLeod P.U.L.S.E. and F.L.O.W.
Community Leadership
For the past 3 years I served as Senior Manager for the Prospect Road Community Centre (PRCC), where my work centered on connection, accessibility, and community well-being. Over my career I also worked at the Family SOS Greystone Centre looking after the summer program, as well as the child and youth programs. Between both of my long term clinic businesses, I worked at the Halifax Regional School Board under the SchoolsPlus Community/School Hub program. I have volunteered my time to sit on community committees and Boards such as the Chebucto Communty Health Board, Active Living Committees, and organized community social events.
Leading community-based programs has deepened my belief that wellness isn’t just personal — it’s collective. Whether it’s through fitness classes, social events, mentorship opportunities, or outreach efforts, the goal is always to help people feel connected, supported, and empowered.
Passion for First Aid & Lifesaving Skills
Becoming a Red Cross First Aid and CPR Instructor was one of my long-term professional goals. Teaching these essential skills allows me to equip individuals with the ability to act confidently during emergencies — to protect themselves, their loved ones, and their communities when it matters most.
There’s nothing more powerful than giving someone the tools to stay calm, respond with purpose, and potentially save a life. It’s not just training — it’s confidence, readiness, and care in action.
A Lifelong Commitment to Wellness and Service
My career has always been about people and progress. From therapeutic touch to community leadership, education to empowerment, I strive to help others:
-
Move better
-
Feel stronger
-
Live with less pain
-
Connect with others
-
Gain confidence in themselves
